   My eyesight definitely got better ! Even the eyedoctor was amazed- they didn’t think it was possible. Following the guidelines in this book will help so many things. There is another doctor who got rid of his glasses thanks to this lifestyle- you can see him talk about it in the 2nd video on the healyourself101 website. There is also a downloadable PDF on the same website specifically on Eyes and Vision (and many other specific conditions)

   Did raw food heal your eye sight?? I have astigmatism and am near sighted…I am contemplating Lasik eye surgery. So was it all Raw food that healed your sight and if so how long did it take?

   It works, going to be 55 fell better than when I was 35! No more pain, Asthma etc. I still have a ways to go but give yourself a chance to live a full life. You just feel better everyday. I love this guy!

    The fruit and veg is GMO. The air is full of pollution. The water is ful of chemicals poison. The only way to do this is to kill the poisoners.
